These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between vhago ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services provided through the vhago website at https://vhago.org. These Terms apply to all activities on the Platform including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, sports betting, casino games, and any interaction with customer support.
By accessing or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. vhago reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Eligibility Requirements
Minimum Age — 21 Years
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any services offered by vhago. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. vhago may request identity documents to verify your age at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. If it is found that a user has misrepresented their age, vhago reserves the right to immediately close the account and withhold any funds held therein.
Jurisdiction
vhago is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. By using this Platform you confirm that you are accessing it from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of vhago does not contravene any local laws or regulations that apply to you. vhago accepts no liability for any breach of applicable law by a user.
Personal Use Only
Your vhago account is for your personal use only. You may not act as an agent or representative for any third party on the Platform. You may not allow any other person to use your account or your login credentials. vhago accounts may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to any other person under any circumstances.
vhago takes its age-verification obligation seriously. Any account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a minor will be closed immediately, all associated funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
Account Registration and Verification
To access the full range of services on vhago, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information at the time of registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without return of any funds. vhago operates a KYC (Know Your Customer) process and may ask you to provide documentation at any stage of your relationship with the Platform.
Accurate Information
You must provide your real name, a valid mobile phone number, and a date of birth that accurately reflects your age. Any changes to your contact information must be promptly updated in your account profile. vhago is not responsible for any consequences arising from you failing to keep your contact information current, including failure to receive important account notifications.
Password and Login Security
You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You agree to notify vhago immediately via [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. vhago will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your account and using a unique password that is not shared with any other service.
Single Account Policy
Each individual may maintain only one active account on vhago at any time. If vhago detects that you hold more than one account — whether registered under your own name or under any alias or variation — vhago reserves the right to close all accounts associated with you, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void any bonus balances. vhago uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate registrations.
Deposits and Withdrawals
vhago supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). vhago does not charge deposit fees on its end; however, your mobile banking provider may charge a transaction fee in accordance with their own terms. Players are responsible for any such third-party charges.
Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are processed and credited to your vhago account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. vhago reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit in exceptional circumstances, such as suspected fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. You may only deposit funds that genuinely belong to you and that originate from a legitimate source. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification being complete on your account. Standard withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within minutes for accounts that have completed basic KYC. vhago reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds or where fraud is suspected. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Currency and Conversion
All transactions on vhago are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vhago does not offer multi-currency accounts. If you make a payment from a non-BDT source, your payment provider may apply a currency conversion rate and associated fees; vhago has no control over those charges and accepts no responsibility for them.
Bonuses and Promotions
vhago offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence only with respect to that specific promotion.
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed any required verification steps specified in the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, and per device. vhago reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time before it is claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to an account, the wagering requirement attached to it must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses awarded by vhago carry a wagering requirement (rollover). The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion — must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types or markets may not count, or may count at a reduced rate, toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Full details are in each promotion's terms.
Bonus Abuse
vhago actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, and colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and any associated winnings voided, and may be subject to immediate account suspension.
vhago welcomes bonus use by genuine players who enjoy the games. Our bonus monitoring exists solely to protect the integrity of the Platform and the fairness of the playing environment for all users — not to restrict legitimate play.
Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
All players are expected to use vhago in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following categories of conduct are explicitly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account action up to and including permanent termination.
Automated and Bot Activity
You may not use any automated system, bot, script, macro, data-mining tool, or any other software to interact with the Platform in a way that is not part of the standard player experience. The use of any device or software that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to card-counting software, odds calculators not provided by vhago, and any tool that automatically places bets on your behalf.
Money Laundering
vhago is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. You must not use vhago to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of any illegal activity. vhago reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on any account and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. Any account suspected of money laundering will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and vhago may withhold funds indefinitely while an investigation is ongoing.
Harmful or Offensive Communication
Any communication directed at vhago staff or other platform users that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing is strictly prohibited. vhago reserves the right to suspend any account from which such communication originates without prior warning. Players who send abusive messages to our customer support team will be subject to the same enforcement action.
Account Suspension and Termination
vhago reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraud, identity theft, or money laundering; providing false information during registration; misuse of bonuses or promotional offers; and any conduct that vhago determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
You may close your vhago account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful identity verification and provided that no outstanding wagering requirements are attached to those funds. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
In all cases of account termination for breach of these Terms, vhago reserves the right to withhold any balance — including real-money deposits — where there is evidence of fraud, money laundering, or deliberate exploitation of Platform systems. vhago will inform you of any such decision in writing to the email or phone number registered on your account.
Intellectual Property
All content on the vhago Platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and branding — is the intellectual property of vhago or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose as a registered player. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of vhago.
The vhago name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the property of vhago and may not be used in any context without prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of vhago's intellectual property may result in legal action. Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, or Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those studios respectively, and is used by vhago under licence.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vhago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. vhago's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vhago makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While vhago takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability, temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside vhago's reasonable control. vhago shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a player during a period of Platform unavailability.
Amendments to These Terms
vhago reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it meaningfully alters your rights or obligations as a player — vhago will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users in advance, either via the email address registered on their account or via a notice displayed on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which vhago operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with vhago support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. vhago encourages users to raise any concerns directly with the support team in the first instance, as most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.
